Random thought relative to any skepticism(Janice) about whether land deal is really worth $96 million.......
Keyes Company is described in the release as "largest privately owned realtor in South Florida and one of the largest realtors in the United States."
I'm assuming that the "ask" price was set in consultation between Madera and Keyes. If I were the Keyes Company I would consider my credibility to be somewhat in play in making the statement about the land price.
I guess some realtors might "take the listing on my house" even if they thought my desired price was ridiculous. But I wouldn't want a realtor to take my listing and not tell me it was out of line. Doubt if Keyes is that desperate. Just thinking out loud.

Ramiro Fernandez-Moris, CEO of WOOD, stated that the company is now focused on growth and will convert a good
portion of the company owned timberland assets in Brazil into solid industrial growth by their subsequent sale. The company is
in position to approve expansion projects such as the acquisition of two more sawmills, a plywood plant, and equipment to
manufacture finished products such as furniture parts and moldings, once the land sales have been finalized. The company will
also increase its environmental replanting programs with the additional funding achieved from these land sales.

Question is how long will all this take and how much will it all cost???
