Roy...The last time I heard anything from the Company was a loose target date sometime in the mid to late part of next month for the Merger. From my understanding the timeframe is dictated more by the SEC than by Integrated Marketing. When the SEC approves the S-4, a proxy vote would be required from >50% of the POKR investors. AVIA must vote as well, but this will be considerably easier since the insiders control the majority vote. After a positive vote, a merger date will be set and off we go....
