Price Action right before earnings is troublesome...I had high expectations of a nice report, but the tape action has me very concerned....

My theory is that the recent price drop is due to the litigation over the International Lyrics Server. See this New York Times article:
nytimes.com

If the operators of this site are found guilty of violating copyright laws for hosting song lyrics, it means that anybody hosting MP3s could also be liable for the same sort of copyright infringement, which would be very bad for the MP3 business and for the future of the Rio.

The legal action against the ILS began on January 20th, was announced on the 21st, and DIMD started to drop on the 22nd.

marvin, its just people without faith. Faith is the refusal to panic. I think DIMD is making all the right moves, and with a p/sales of 0.5 they are an absolute steal. Its funny how people can buy companies with p/sales of 400,and avoid companies less than 1.
The HomeFree is gonna kick some ass,and their distribution and alliances with companies like NT are what other companies like Proxim,etc.. do not have.
