Historically, it's not going to happen.

Hello Sonki. Yes, I am hoping for a split. It does not mean that much but it will show that the company has faith in their stock and small investors like a lower stock price. Why, I don't know. You can always buy less shares.

AOL should be on its way again. They reached the 2 million mark in overseas membership. Not bad. And now the plan to use Chinese language. You were right. They should call themselves "WOL". World on Line. gg.

Sonny

I am hoping that AOL will announce a split. Lately company that did not announce a split (which they were expected to) were "punished" by investors. Look at IBM, Intel, Lucent and Microsoft that did not announce split with earnings. There were big sell-off. Though some said that the reason for the sell-off had to do with "slower than expected growth", but look what happened to MSFT & IBM after their stock splits were announced? Then again if AOL does not announce a split I can buy some more at a lower price. :)

It just split last quarter - I would doubt another split so soon but certainly possible even probable by year-end.
