The Company estimates incurring incremental expenses of about $4 million, as well as up to $2 million in capital spending, in fiscal 1999 in support of the agreement.

With no expected revenues from this in 1999, I might add.

Yes, it means we will be break-even or in red for the rest of fisical 99, and some depreciation cost beyond.

This makes CKFR look more and more like Amazon.com - huge growth, promising future, but no current earnings. I just hope our growth will match Amazon as well.
