Give me OSX low 40's and then new OPEC cuts !

I'll take a little pain for a big gain - anyday ! I ''aint'' done buying yet...

I want RIG at $22-24, RON @ $20-22, WFT $16, PGO at $12 again, VTS @ $10ish, FGI to set a new low - $8ish ?, CXIPY $26 - then OPEC can announce new cuts ! I see a reasonable window of opportunity here for the individual investor to ''selectively'' buy into these dips; as the Oilpatch is bleeding here, but no major arteries have been cut... The Street wants in here very, very badly. They just do not want deadmoney, or worse yet to be caught holding ''Energy'' stocks if they dip 10% or more in a month... What fund manager in ''THIS'' strong momenteum oriented market enviroment can afford to show a MINUS -10% loss for a chunk of his portfolio in a single month ? They will blow these stocks out at month & quarter ends untill this sector takes off again. I think the next couple of days will see low-moderate volume from this ''window dressing/portfolio adjusting'' by the Fundies. This offers buying opportunities for us ''small frys'' imho. The funds will be back in on any positive news, API/IEA numbers and the sector will ''fly'' on any positive OPEC news...

Be patient, enter in 2-3 buy ins at approx each 5% drop from here, set limit buys to catch intra-days lows; be disciplined - get a watch list set up, set target prices and let these stocks come to you...

good luck

There is a lot more to this than just the Saudis. Iran, Mexico, Venezuela, the Weather, and something dumb like: I don't see a lot of gas-guzzling cars around much anymore (replaced by gas-guzzling Ford Expeditions, i guess....). gee, maybe more people staying home and surfing the 'Net <ggg>.
