Sir: I must insist that you refrain from implying that I made a representations regarding any S. E. C. investigation. These are yours and yours alone, to live and die by. All that I asked for were facts that you had that supported your contentions or is it all fantasy? Publishing facts in most instances is fine. Publishing fantasy and representing it as fact can have dire repercussions. Save us all a lot of needless frustration and produce your facts, please. It's easy to print fantasy when one feels that they are shrouded in anonymity. Remember, quite often the anonymity only exists in one's mind. IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING OF SUBSTANCE, IT WOULD BE BEST THAT YOU MAKE IT PUBLIC. IF YOU DON'T, GIVE IT UP. IT WILL BE FOR THE BEST.
