When something bad happens it seems the criticsm "They should have done it faster" always reaches a cresendo. It my area (metro Washington D.C.) we had a very severe ice storm.It took the local power company,with repair crews flooding in from all unaffected nearby areas 5 days to restore all customer service.You could not believe the invective that was in the Washington Post.Like why aren;t power lines buried""Very simple answer.The consumer would have to foot the bill by seeing their rates go thru the roof.Same situation here.
