I hope you're right Tom. I am disturbed however at reading the SEC filing and reconciling it with press releases. Dr.'s Clark and Swor are paid 60K per year -- not the kind of price you get top corporate officers for or else I am grossly overpaid, except that they are required to devote only as much time as may be required to discharge their duties -- I work full time. Don Lawrence's company was valued at 14K, (was he really such a wonderful addition to the company) we paid Stocks to Watch 300K shares of stock t promote the company -- an Orlando company whom I have difficulty believing SURG was unfamiliar with.

Company has virtually no revenues except for consulting, apparently by Dr. Swor. The only product with revenue potential is software for which they did not pay the programmers who wrote it.

I wouold very much like to recover my investment but have very low expectations when I compare it to an OTC stock I own in a company which will generate 100 mil. in revenue this year, sells for a similar price, and had a 300K volume today.

Hoping but not exuberant,

JP

I'm in shock....crawl out of bed to see more posts on SURG overnight, then we get all month. This is at least a start. Whether opinions are good or bad, it's good to get them out in the open.

First -- FRALEX, I don't know who you are, but your posts indicate you seem to be 2 beers short of a six pack. This thread has good people on it. Please, let's keep it that way.

I enjoyed reading all the other posts, and share many similar views. I found the 1998 Synopsis from Frank Clark rather interesting. He spells out in itemized paragraph form, all the good things that materialized
( and even the bad pump and dump deal ), and closes talking about the good things we didn't hear about and the excellent projecyions for the future. What I feel is very important, which was left off and should have been included as his last point was :

'''''' And to top 1998 off we rewarded our shareholders by closing the year at .50cents --- 500% off our yearly high, where many people bought because of the pump and dump deal ''''''

Sorry, but I just couldn't resist that, as the bottom line is the performance of the stock. I know many excellent companies, who's stock suck's...and vice versa.

Anyway....I believed in them when I bought, and at the current levels, it is just not worth selling, so hopefully Frank wasn't talking hype. We need to get some interest generated in this company and we need for the company to communicate with us regularily.

Best wishes to all KG
