The OSX will uindoubtedly go down with the market, but probably a lot less than 30-40%. The real question is what level do we start from. If Saudi policy changes OSX probably would rally to 75 or so before the bear begins and drop back to 55-60 by the end. But if there is no change OSX probably will be in the mid-forties when the bear begins and could well drop to 35 or so before it is finished.
