The key question for me is management accountability. Can we count on Don to follow through with his commitment of transparency? As garyg previously recommended, Don needs several independent high credential members to join the board. If he does not do this quickly it tells me he is unwilling to play by the rules and more $2,000,000 (I must also use the word) BULLSHIT deals will occur. If TSIS is such a good "franchise" there are plenty of retired executives in the San Diego area to be on the board. "Puffer fish" is more "BULLSHIT"
