Thanks for the link to the Conference Call

Very positive comments during the Question and Answer session of the Conference Call with Analysts. Questions from:

BancBoston Robertson Stephens: John Powers
Friedman, Billings, Ramsay & Co., Inc.: Rob Martin
Goldman, Sachs & Co.: Michael Parekh
Warburg Dillon Reed: Mike Waller?
Lehman Brothers: Michael Stinick

Some comments/notes I took , mostly Rob Glaser quotes:

Excite relationship was "getting the ball rolling...we're having conversations with other portals,...cross-promotional etc...."

"50 million users feels like critical mass..."

"...Broadband..." ...Enron and @home deals

15.5 million active users during December would place the G@ in the top 5 if it were a portal...this is my editorial on what they said...

The original financial deal with Microsoft is accounted for at $2.417 million per quarter over the 3 year term...

...no remaining warrants.

they could not comment on how many shares MSFT had sold...

16% overall sequential revenue growth from the 3rd qtr.
28% sequential advertising revenue growth...

434 current employees

apx. $100 Million in cash and equivilents

International opportunity is significant long term.

"...substantial advertising opportunities...over $1 million in adv. revenue in the 4th qtr..."

"...very optimistic about all our sectors going forward..." RG

bye, Chris
