Mr. Anthony, About GERN's S-8. 500,000 shares issued for Stock Option Plan - as in employee stock option plan? I saw a company once do an S-8 of 2,000,000 shares and all of them were in the float within 1 month. Most of it was used to pay people that provided services for the company - i.e. the stock promoter. Could you expand on how this will likely play out with GERN? IS it for employees or is it for payoffs? Sorry for my ignorance. Hraka
