Anthony, I suggest that for a better response you might check the company web site! Said with tongue absolutely in cheek! This ain't funny, but I must laugh, an laugh or I will cry, and though I cry, I do not cry over issues such as this. Tony...as to past and current...I suspect that Twiford invented the Catalyst and that Jensen funded it to development....or did the company do this? Also, why are both Jensen AND Twiford jointly the principle or is it principal shareholders of that company. The split was equal ( I use the Pink Stuff -Sweet and Low )as per this NR explanation:<<.. shares were issued to J & T Catalyst, Inc. for the exclusive rights to a proprietary catalyst and process utilized to extract precious metals from the Hassayampa ore, as well as other properties owned by Global.
