There has to be a logical explanation for this...
What is it?? Anybody know??

I have the same problem when I surf from work,
maybe it has something to do with their server
and your local cache of messages not matching.
In any case...here is the text of that message

Possible Partnership
by: Kinesis1 551 of 567
The reason for the quiet period may be related to SEC
requirements (Quite Period), prior to releasing any
announcement information, etc. Note: Jim McCamant (Medical
Tech Stock Letter) in issue # 361 announced that; " We know
that the they are in partnership conversations with at least
two companies for a deal in the stem cell area.

I would not worry too much about it, everything will come
out in the wash over the next six months. Discussions are
one thing...when/if a deal is announced that is what
matters.

Also, only issues 341, 342, and 345 are given for free
on the bioinvest website, so it seems to me that this is
information which should be kept quiet, unless you subscribe
to the newsletter. However...it does not seem right that I
can go to Yahoo, see the message (even if it is cached on my
machine, but deleted from the yahoo server) and others cannot.
(perhaps McCamant complained?)

If we could get somebody to flush their cache, and see
that the message is not there, then we will know that
something like this has happened.
