With Jan down ''markedly'', what are they expecting in Feb/Mar that will propel sales above the 4th qtr?

Who said that the cc was 'cautious'. The above comment by Covey is very aggressive. If Q1 is > 250, then sales for '99 should break 1.25 billion. Is this possible???

Are they expecting a 'presidents' day rush?
