If the Arb's are going to shove this manure of a sale the only alternative is fighting in court.Does Agouron really have the best interests of shareholders in mind.What about a White Knight coming in and raising the ante.AGPH board has to consider.Any way you look at it the longterm shareholders who stuck with this rollercoaster over the last few years aren't getting enough to cover the Pepto Bismol costs.
