FLIP!!!! How DARE you reveal to Walter that I was Mr. X.....(LOL LOL LOL LOL) Back in November when I found this puppy, getting in was not difficult at all....I got the BID almost everytime around, although sometimes it took as long as a half hour to fill...I must admit though that was before "the frenzy" hit and it was when JAWZ was still trading very "quietly" I would love to punch through $1 BEFORE the first big contract....that would be great...who knows how much a "FRENZY" could hit the stock at that point then..... Phantom P.S. Walter, I hear there is a company called Amazon.com and they sell books online or something like that....they are making no money and probably never will becasue they will never be able to raise prices and have people buy from them...they are worth over $17.0 BILLION, and just lost 46 million bucks... I think you should help out the people on that thread with some of your keen "online" insight. They probably can't see that they have a REAL piece of coal on their hands...(sine you are so "savvy") and when they ask you who sent you over, tell them to come to the JAWZ board where the action is.... By the way, I am angry as HELL that Jeff Bezos at Amazon.com did not have a press release telling everyone that I contributed $52.76 in book revenue to their firm this quarter....the nerve!? Sick em, Walter, Sick'em.....!!!!!

Hi Flip .. The rules on moving from the BB to small cap NAZ are pretty clear - you must be fully reporting and have a $4.00 price for 40 days. My best guess on fully reporting status would be sometime in March - even the SEC shouldn't take longer than 5 months to process JAWS' filing. Obviously, the $4.00 price is up to the market. We have expanded our following over the past week and we should continue to do so. I never like to make specific stock price predictions, but I am confident that if our e-mail encryption product takes off like I think it will, then we will be trading higher.
