Does anyone think it possible that the press release was just poorly written? $60 is .93 of $64.52 and .8108 of $74.00. If WLA slips below $64.52 is the deal for $60 or .8108 of WLA? If WLA hits $90 before the deal closes, is there any further upside participation for AGPH shareholders and is it only at the rate of .8108?

Dennis they did say approximately $60.Is the method you propose on pricing ratios consistent with generally accepted accounting rules.
What are your thoughts on class action lawsuits. Also the way that release was written is extremely confusing, maybe it's the same person who negotiated the deal.LOL

It seems as if AGPH's enemy is TIME. In the back of my head, I'm thinking perhaps AGPH is afraid of new drugs coming on the scene that might make Viracept irrelevant (Hollis Eden's drug, Inactivin, perhaps....HEPH has run from 12 to 25 off no news...maybe something's up there.)....Seems as if they went a long way to frustrate hostile takeover attempts....Does anyone seriously believe this is the best offer they could get. I don't for a minute. But I don't mean to imply I hate the deal. Actually, I like the fact it's a stock deal, and WLA will be a good partner...we have much less risk now....But is this the best deal? No. Thoughts, anyone?
