There were 28 postings when I tuned in this evening. About 75% involved the DS repartee. Please stop replying to his attacks. Addressing true concerns would be of much more value than responding to such an immature ego. Would anyone care to comment on the effect of the CSC relationship on manpower requirements, training costs, revenue split, cash flow recognition. etc.... I have felt Tava has underpriced in the past, either intentionally or otherwise. As the technological leader in embedded chip remediation I believe they should be setting price levels, for software and consulting, commensurate with this position. BOB O

**ALL*** Received call from Kevin Fallon (CFO TAVA)late last night. He did not recieve the packet sent to him until late yesterday. He read the letter and the PMs from those of you who authorized my releasing them to TAVA. He called John last night and shared the information with him. He stated he believed we were presenting legitimate concerns and he and John were willing to participate in a conference call tomorrow (Thursday) midday (mountain). I am sure that members of this thread will understand that the nature of this call, set up as it is before the CC, must be fairly one-way: e.g., we are sharing our concerns and we cannot expect to get a lot of information back before the meeting. We want our issues addressed at the Shareholders meeting. Our objective is, and continues to be, to have shareholder interests placed on the front burner. I apologize for being a little autocratic here. I have asked three members of the SI thread to participate in the conference call. They will chose individually whether to allow their names to be posted here, but I hope they will. I want all of you to know that your support during the past two weeks has been very much appreciated, and I remain convinced that we are dealing with honorable, intelligent, company officers with great integrity. Will keep you abreast. fma

What disturbs me the most not one of your phonies commented on Mr.Reece's post#27098 which speaks volumes about how you shorts have treated us Tava longs.Moreover, his specified knowledge and statements suggest an eliminate of fraud. He did confirm what I suspected all along but his sheer arrogance and your underlying support for him does betray WHO and WHAT your are !!! However, he stated "TAVA is manipulated by short sellers BECAUSE IT CAN BE." I think his statement says it all.
