Brady, do you think that PartyTime's comparison of ESVS and TFSM was valid? Do you think it's fair to compare a company that is selling a secondary offering at full market price with one that is selling shares at 1/2 price? This may be the best financing that ESVS can arrange, and it may well be good for them. I didn't say otherwise. My point is that the comparison is not valid, and that it's unreasonable to set expectations for ESVS/ZULU based on companies that are better able to get favorible financing.

Brady, I think I know exactly what is going on at ZULU/ESVS. The same thing that has gone on at Hayton's previous ventures.

For the record, PartyTime's comparison of ESVS and TFSM was valid because he said that both companies were using stock in order to further acquisition and hiring of top-management strategies. But no, Jon Tara's gotta distort that, doesn't he? I have no respect for his viewpoint any longer. I gave him a year's benefit of the doubt. But he's just one of those dudes where up is down and down is up, so I'm done with him. The fact is, I don't appreciate it when he distorts my remarks. I've watched him do this for a whole year. This is why I no longer communicate with him.
