All our thread newbies, let me introduce Mr. Jim Snyder to you, if you have been following the thread and also the Maria thread, you will know this gentleman has been expermenting with a chiapet that has grown, and grown, and sort of fermented into a thing he calls the chiapetpizza....you can smell it when you get within a mile of it....he is taking a patent on it....and now....now ole Don has given him more "food" for thought.....heaven spare us....

I remmeber the movie the "Blob" with Steve McQueen from the fifties....now we might have the real thing....hahahahahahah

smile....one of the first things that is pointed out in my groundhog cookbook....is never try to grind up a live one indoors......minor point i know ....but we are very lawsuit aware around here......

we are soooo far ahead of europe on the whole ground hog issue....(they serve them with the heads still attached....yuk)......the book can be found on donbooks.com.....tittle "Ground Hog, Tatters and Carrots....Yum)......subtitled...."why go to paris, when you can get ground hog right here!!!!!"

don the hopes all the hollywood types decide to start eating the "fashionable ground hog" dishes in my book.....
