EBAY has 40 million shares outstanding with about 4m in float. Most of those 40 million shares are restricted, soon to be sold and will increase the float tremendously, diluting the stock in a major way similar to what a split would accomplish, but a negative for existing shareholders.

WCTI only has only 11m shares outstanding with 4m in float, so I would agree that a split of 2 or 3 for 1 once we hit 80 or above is very possible.

All those fat, dumb and happy EBAY stockholders will be floating over here in April when the insider selling restrictions are lifted!
