Franz,

I think that TA plays "some" role in evaluating NAVR at this point. However, the fundamental underlying issue is the news or lack of news regarding the IPO. This will drive the stock up when it hits and I have no doubt that it will soon. At that time, the day trader will be able to use intraday charting to see when to get in and out. The rest of the pattern will follow the recent IPOs such as MALL/UBID and DBCC/MKTW. If you want to check out some really cool intraday patterns, look at MALL a few weeks prior to the UBID IPO. Classic spikes on volume followed by consolidation to form a pennant and then another run to the next spike, then it would happen all over again..sometimes 3 times a day. It was amazing. I followed DBCC less but I bet you'd see the same pattern on those big volume days.

Good luck...

Dave
