With Drudge's famously high standards of propagating what the supermarket tabloids won't print, I'd say your conjecture is hypothetical in the extreme. If you want to pick pathetic people out of this mess, Drudge is at the top of my list. Quite pleased with himself too, according to what jimpit posted here. Flynt may be a pornographer, but he seems to be doing considerably better substantiation of the mud he slings.
