Volume is still stronger than normal this morning so I expect the price to push against and possibly through the resistance levels. How the price holds when volume lightens will be the key as to whether we will really have a "breakout!"

Looks like the pending FDA approvals are making the rounds. LGND has made wallstlive's rumor list:

and LGND's bid broke through $13 prior to the open.
