OT denni, and john koligman, thanks for the monitor thoughts. i think im going for a 21" monitor and i think ill end up with a tank in the back, of course, but my new desk will allow one. im interested in seeing my new dvd's (have Goodfellas, The Sting, Dune, and The Player now ;-) on the fattest mac daddy of a screen available. After a week or two of using the dvd player WHILE I surf the web, i haven't really found that absolute need to stream it over to my regular old TV. that may change, of course... cheers pigboy
