Brady, do you feel, based on the expert advice that you have received, that it is fair to compare TFSM and ZULU/ESVS, such that they would be considered on equal ground? Do you feel that PartyTime's characterization was reasonable? Maybe you could pose this question to your experts. I don't need to ask one, though. It is obvious on it's face that a company that is forced to sell shares at 1/2 price does not have the strength as one that is able to sell them at market value.
