I'm sorry HPD, but you and Jon are wrong. Pat Hayton is not mentioned anywhere in the Pre-Proxie. I even pulled the document into Word and did a search for it. The program came up blank. Could you point out the exact place where you thought you saw his name please. I would like to have a reference when I contact Microsoft to let them know that Word is not functioning properly. I would appreciate it. Thanks guys. bb

HIGHPLANESDRIFTER, Pat Hayton has personally informed myself and others present that ZuluGroup.com will be profitable, and that he expect this to be the case by the conclusion of 1999. Why do you think they got a guy like Glassberg on board? You think Glassberg likes operating in debt? Come on now, you guys, I think it's finally time that the Neghead contingent reexamine their positions in this matter. Stop playing piggyback to Jon Tara-type distortion, because to do so is only to follow a trail of the deep-seated prejudices that JT holds against the company and the management of the company.
