Charred, part of the information listed was gathered from Marc Oppenhiemer at the mining conference in San Francisco as well as with him and Robert Fung at an investor's forum in Carmel, CA a few months ago. Some of the other information came from other sources, but was confirmed by me with KRY shareholder relations last week. No one has mentioned anything about who might be the JV partner at Santa Elena. It would be premature to mention this as the deal is not done, and certainly should not be discussed before the property rights are fully secured. VP
