Dear Runner, no question about it.........many CEO's are going to be caught asleep by the power of the Internet ,after reading your post about voting by telephone, it occured to me that there probably are a few flimsy,if any, rules on how telephone voting is conducted or for that matter records of calls maintained???? at least the ballot by mail has some control???? in any event, just as the Japanese showed GM etc. how to build cars....so the Internet is going to show CEO's that instant communication between small stockholders is going to do what before was done between fund brokers and CEO' voting the way they chose.....amazing....it wont be long and all the smart asses at the likes of Merrill ect ect... will be saying gee wiz ....ggggg
