Angier - Yes, it is true that most people do have some sort of bias. Some of them are more up front about it than others. I don't have a problem with people who have a bias. I have a problem with people being malicious and intentionally untruthful. Any reader of any online discussion forum should bear in mind that maintaining a false identity is very easy on the Internet. People aren't always who they claim to be. I'm sure most of us know this already, but it bears repeating. - Allen
