Spidey: dtc negotiates stipulation to case with aznt to be dropped from case if they lift freeze. they do not honor the agreement.

This is a pretty serious accusation. Was this agreement in writing? I hope you can back it up.


Excellent point; in fact, he's been saying that the DTC reneged on "agreements" three times. I like this one from Spidey, too:

dtc was only named to extend injunction to them because the stolen stock was held hostage by dtc for the benefit of those who shorted the stolen stock. after the judge signs off on the entry of the defalt judgement federal marshalls will seize assets...

This is, after all, an outright allegation of illegal activity on the part of the DTC, for which Spidey is quite unlikely to have any actual proof. I wonder why he can't stop libeling people and entities. I hoped he'd have learned at least something from the Zwebner business.

What do you suppose the DTC attorneys would think of these posts?
