Wayne, this company doesn't give many news releases because there isn't much to release, other than soft news. As to becoming a reporting company, my guess is that they are waiting until things start to come together, which now has been postponed until June. It would appear that trash is not the answer to NYRR's future, but there is a lot of other commerce to be developed with the "merger" of Conrail. On a positive note, it looks like we have a nice bounce off of .10; it hit .15 this morning. Like I said before, it doesn't take much volume to move this stock one way or the other (only 100K this morning). This doesn't say much for liquidity but it does bode well for when people become interested in NYRR again. Hope you got some at .12. Dave T.
