Given the new numbers, we can now say that $5.50-$6 is a reasonable offer.

However there is a chance that this number could prove to be low. The reason is DDA1...it brought in a new perspective and its results are a lot more important than any of the drill holes (103, 104..) they can drill by stepping out 50 meters. These steps out add to the bottom line...of course...but you need many like these to increase the resource by 1M ounce. OTOH, the discrepancy between DDA1 high grades and adjoining RC drill holes could have bigger implcation if it can be duplicated. Unfortunetely, the odds are that they will not....and DDA1 was probably just drill in a great spot... But if it is not the case and the ore is such that true grades are really much higher than those revealed by RC drilling.... then watchout.
