Laurens,

National Discount Brokers (NDB) allows internet transactions of BB stocks, but their webstation servers are busy during much of the early trading hours. There are others as well.

I use Fidelity and they take BB trades with no problem.

Wit capital is very good for trading bb stocks. I us this one and only need 1,000 to open an account.
