(918)748-3603 - for CVIA, but KAA is out of town. Leave him a PM and he'll get back to you as soon as he can. I talked to him earlier this evening and he was pretty frustrated. It seems The TA and the DTC still have things messed up. Hopefully, TA is straightened out, but will still take a while for the instructions to get out to the brokers in the correct blocks with the warrants. The TA sent one(that's right ONE) big block with everything lumped together to the DTC. He said please be patient and that the date of record for the warrants conversion to common would be extended so that any that wanted to would still be able to take advantage, but not for common. The date of record for Arch.CD still the same for purchased common. Best of luck, George

Jogn Dee these warrants can start converting BY Friday, as soon as I know for certain we will put out a Press Release stating how to take care of this. There where some problems down stream for the time we authorized the Transfer Agent to release these warrants, some where along the way someone got their wires crossed and did not comply with our instructions. This was not CVIA's fault and it wasnt the shareholders fault, so as soon as we know the problem has been resolved (and I know this for sure) The shareholders wanting to convert the warrants will be given a short time period to get their requests in so that they may qualify for the warrant. In other words we are giving the WARRRANT holders a chance to convert and receive the Archival shares also, if the warrant holders wish to take advantage of this. KAA
