[FYI - To date, Araldica's only notification from the United States Bankruptcy Court was that it was to make its initial appearance (repeatedly delayed) on Wednesday, 3 February 1999, at which time all pending Motions by the company and others would be decided by Judge Hardin and Trustee Schwartz.]
