Being new to the thread I am certainly glad you posted this. Although I have not real problem with the dilution wouldn't this show up as "resistance" at the $4 and higher levels?

Timely post to help me watch this action play out. Knowledge is power, volume is our friend.

If there is a convertible at $4 then we could hit some resistance there as convertible holders lock in profit by shorting at anything above $4.

ExtraBases,
Been long in AXC through the whole KM disaster and finally a move in the stock is really welcome...almost dumped for tax reasons. I must have missed something....the new securities...what is this all about? Are you talking about the convertible preferred when the stock holds above 4??
