Thank You for taking the time to post this information JP. I am pleased that Mr. Kennedy has stated that 3 confidentiality agreements have been signed!! This has been rumoured on this thread for sometime, but this is the first time we have complete confirmation of this.

I have stated from the onset that this property is unique, it shares a junction between to different faulting zones. It quite literally has been subjected to significant thermal upheavals and faulting. In this area of the globe, that translates into copper and/or gold/silver.

The three majors have recognized this property as being unique....now all we have to do is prove that it is not only unique, but mineralized as well.

Now that the Mining community has "walked out" of the BC land use conference because of inconsistencies in the BC Gov approach to land use in BC, we shall see how the BC Gov reacts. One of the BC Gov positions is that any expropriations will be met with swift and fair compensation. The position of the mining community at large is to wait to see how they settle there existing 30 claims, before believing the BC Gov has changed. We are one of those claimants! BC wants this cleared up ASAP so it does not surprise me that RKR will be in meetings with the BC Gov..in days.

I notice you don't post here, so really appreciate you taking the time to update us!! thanks again.
