Forget it Party. He can't verify nor has he ever been able to verify (other than through e-mails from God knows who) his statements.

Yes, I do note that you only said that 24/7 and Zulu (but wasn't it ESVS?) are issuing stock in order to acquire new companies and bring on board top-management.

And I noted what you failed to say, which completes the picture: 24/7 is getting full-price for the shares they are selling. ESVS is getting 1/2 price.

An omission can be as deceptive as an assertion. In this case, I think that the price of the stock being sold is most relevant.
