Mentioned this stock to a friend of mine who has a friend that works for Lucent. She asked him if he knew anything about Linkon, and his reply was that he had never heard of the company. Not all that unusual for the most part, but he then proceeded to check Linkon out on the internet. After doing the research, he stated that Linkon has exactly the kind of technology they (Lucent) are looking for. He then wanted to know how my friend heard about the stock. No implications here. Just relaying an interesting situation.
