MediaX Brings Amuznet.com On-Line Offers 265,000 Entertainment Titles on the Internet

CULVER CITY, Calif., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaX Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: MXMX - news) today announced that it will officially go live with www.amuznet.com on Wednesday, February 3, 1999, 12:00 noon Pacific Time. The site will offer over 265,000 titles of pre-recorded music on CD, video and DVD from all major record labels and over 4,000 independent music labels, aggressively priced to compare favorably with other sites. Amuznet.com will be linked to MediaX's network of celebrity sites such as www.rodstewartlive.com and others to be announced soon.

Amuznet.com will be implemented in stages. The first phase will feature an uncomplicated and user-friendly interface, while the company lays the foundation for a completely revolutionary way to buy music. Additional phases will culminate into a proprietary, highly confidential, Music Agent interface that will set a new standard in the industry.

Several important strategic alliances for aggressive marketing of the site are being negotiated and will be executed in the weeks and months to come.
