If DRAM were to tighten from here, if the LG thing continues, then
taking LG supply out of the market could cause DRAM pricing to firm
further. As prices rise, this increase will impact MU earnings in the
future quarters at the same time MU is improving their yields on their .21um shrink lowering their costs.
Lots of if's, no guarantees.
I am in at 68 5/8 on new positions, target 78-79.

Actually MU like other stocks trades more on marginal news than on fundamentals. In other words, when there is new news that is "good" the stock tends to go up, regardless of where it is. When there is new bad news the stock tends to go down, regardless of where the stock is. Of course the higher the stock relative to fundamentals, the less impact a piece of marginal good news will have and the more impact a piece of marginal bad news will have. At this price "good" news items will have only limited impact, while "bad" news items could have a much larger impact.
