Since you PM'd with the same question, I answered you there. I've never said I thought WOOD was a scam; I never say that about anything unless it's proved. Most BB companies are dishonest, but they're often poorly run businesses that aren't likely to do well.

Especially with BBs, quality management is of enormous importance. Almost invariably a few insiders control well over 50% of outstanding shares. So if the CEO isn't doing a good job, who's gonna fire him? Nobody; he and his associates and/or relatives own the company.

I'm speaking generally here: these are merely points anyone invests in microcaps should check out very thoroughly.
