What point, JLA? That ad hominem ad nauseum is your preferred method of debate? I knew that. As to "integrity", given the Rehnquist - Hyde - Lott crew currently running the Senate process, there's plenty of eye timber to go around. You could start a lumberyard yourself, JLA.

Not totally fair.

<<I know its hard for you tolerant liberal types to understand this stuff as you really stand for nothing much of anything. JLA>>

Historically the notion of being tolerant and liberal has led to the acceptance of diversity of race, religion, gender, creed and ultimately new ideas, that empowers this country to continually renew and innovate itself ahead of monoculture areas of the world. Left unchecked the styfling stagnancy of a hard line concervative culture would quickly turn the tide on our ability to grow and progress as we have.

Currently the tolerant liberal types are throwing the standards, that is, standing "for" an ideal out. This is trouble some for me. They have a definite problem with declaring a principle foundation to stand on. They are however finding plenty of standards to stand against. So, I wouldn't say they have no standards. The ones that they are able to declare are the ones they are against. I've got a feeling that this too will change. At least I hope it does because I like to see a balance.
