True, but it does establish the relationship for the future when Qwests network is finished.

Perhaps, but today we should see the value of good PR to the price of the stock.

If anything, QWST should become more noticable, and with more interest, more investors should be attracted to the stock.

As it stands now, most people say: Who is Qwest?
