Chris, I don't know if you saw this post of mine back from Sept 98. The press release was squashed, but I was able to get a copy... Pennsylvania Company Sued As Midget Burned in French Fry Vending Machine BLUE BELL, Penn., /PUNewswire/ -- Tasty Frys, Inc., (OTC: TFRYS) a development stage company is being sued by a midget who was injured during a demonstration of the "revolutionary" vending machine. The demonstration which took place at the Millenium Hilton Hotel (New York), was "a complete failure" according to Izzy Fureal, the midget burned during the demo. Mr Fureal was rushed to Beekman downtown hospital with 3rd degree burns on his hands and arms. According to Mr. Fureal, hot oil overflowed from the machines oil bin as he was passing a batch of fries out of the door of the machine. The president and Chief Executive Officer, Edward Keilly claimed he "hadn't the foggiest idea how he got in my machine". Attorneys for both parties refused to discuss the case which has yet to be filed in court. Further demonstrations of the machine have been halted until further notice according to Mr. Keilly.
