No, BARR insider have bought very substantial number of shares. This is coming after a very weak quarter they reported in Q3. So, there is a good possibility of a rebound. Also, it is possible that they are getting more business after the recent embassy bombings. I think this is the right time to buy for a 50 to 80% gain.

BTW, Sadam factor will certainly help BARR. It looks like a small-cap gem (13 PE and 6.5 book - not bad for a $9 stock with ROE growth of 15%) which could reap the benefits of social disorder around the world, IF the stocks take a plunge! -g-
