This is a joke...

Why did Morgan Stanley downgrade? What BS excuse are they going to give us?

It constantly stuns me how people choose to believe that stocks are being manipulated rather than consider that there might be something they don't understand. Bulls will claim preposterous theories like your idea that Morgan Stanley has downgraded NMGC to allow shorts a chance to cover at better prices. On other threads, bears will claim that stocks being bought are being manipulated higher by promoters.

Why not just accept the fact that at the moment there are more NMGC sellers than buyers. Period. By the way, it is also possible that you're behind the information curve here.

Joe - I knew that this stock was heavily manipulated by some big players, but I didn't know they had Morgan Stanley in their pocket to help with the shake out. I guess I should have known. Last year when Morgan upgraded Neo it cause the stock to pop up just a little before the big spin down into the October lows started.

The shorts have a huge position now that they are desperate to cover before the earnings release. Who they gonna call? Their buddies at Morgan Stanley. Yesterday, Neo started to run-up out of their control so they needed something to take the air out.

Neo is now selling at a price only a few buck over the October low. The biggest quarter in their history is almost in the bank. And blatant criminal activity is the rule of the street.

Morgan Stanley is probably very close to the massive shorts. Yes, I believe you hit it right on!
